Cookies and measurement tools. The site uses no profiling or advertising cookies. It uses technical storage to work and, only if you accept it in the banner, Google Analytics to measure in statistical form how the site is visited. If you refuse or do not choose, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent). A Google service, which processes the data on our behalf. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting processing already carried out. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_66LGX9TG31 (maximum duration 2 years) to recognise visitors and sessions, and collects browsing data: pages viewed, events such as a click on WhatsApp, phone or email (with the position of the button on the page and, for quotes, the number of products chosen), device and browser type, approximate geographic location (country, region, city) and referring site. Google receives your IP address to estimate your location but, according to Google's Analytics 4 documentation, does not log or store it. Google may process the data outside the European Economic Area: transfers rely on the EU–US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) to which Google LLC adheres and, where necessary, on standard contractual clauses; details at policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks. Data at the level of individual users and events is kept in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months from last activity; aggregate reports contain no personal data. You can change your choice at any time from “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page: your choice is remembered for 12 months (6 months if you refuse), unless your browser deletes the data, after which we will ask you again.

Statistics without cookies. The site also measures visits in aggregate form with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Technical storage (localStorage). Your browser stores locally, on this device only, the information the site needs to work: the list of products added to your quote together with the event details you enter in the form (name and surname, date, place, notes), your cookie choice and, for the session only, a marker showing that the opening animation has already been seen. None of this is sent to any server, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Forms and WhatsApp. The data you enter in the forms (name, contact details, event details) is not saved by this site: it is used only to compose the message that you choose to send via WhatsApp or email. Sending takes place on the respective providers' platforms, under their own terms and privacy policies.

Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts: when they are requested, your IP address is disclosed to Google. Further details are in Google's privacy policy.

Your rights. You may ask us for access to, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to the processing of, and portability of, the personal data concerning you, including data collected with Google Analytics, by writing to request@magevents.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
