MAG Events stage hire starts with a 2×1 metre module with an aluminium frame and deck, adjustable in height from 18 to 120 cm and with optional carpet covering. With the same module we build stages, walkways and steps, on two levels as well. For concerts and public events there is the Covered Stage: a raised modular stage with a truss roof and a 10×10 metre truss grid for lighting and audio. Among our projects: the stage for the beatification of Elisabetta Sanna at the Saccargia basilica, a stage with an altar and a red carpet for an outdoor ceremony, and a catwalk with lighting and transparent chairs. Platforms for dinners and set-ups on uneven ground
The Finished Wooden Platform is the MAG Events answer for platform hire: it creates a level walking surface where the ground is not, on grass, sand or quaysides. The modules are 2×1 and 1×1 metres, 50 cm high: leave them on show or use them as a base for gazebos, marquees (often also called tent structures), stages and guest areas. In the gallery you will also find a dinner on a platform among the granite rocks by the sea and rattan seating on a wooden platform along the seafront. For restaurants, hotels and beach clubs in Sardinia and Lombardy the platform can also be hired for the whole season: we install it at the start and collect it at the end, with no investment and no storage to manage.
Grandstands for the public: how many seats do you need?
For trade fairs, concerts and public events, MAG Events grandstand hire starts with the Certified 5-Tier Grandstand, in 20-seat modules (180×320 cm, 320 cm high): just tell us how many seats your event needs and we will build the capacity. Options: fabric covering and a certificate of correct installation. On natural ground or an unmade yard there is the Grandstand on Open Ground, a 5-tier metal unit with modular tiers installed and tested on the event site; here too the fabric covering is optional. In the gallery you will find the tiered grandstand with a red roof and carpet. Grandstands go together with the stages, platforms and marquees, or tent structures, in the same catalogue: one supplier for the whole event, in Sardinia and Lombardy.
How and where is stage, platform and grandstand hire quoted?
For stages and platforms a MAG Events quote starts from the square metres and the height off the ground; for grandstands, from the seats, in modules of 20. Build your list from the catalogue: the request reaches WhatsApp with equipment, quantities, date and location. The final cost is calculated after the site visit. Delivery and collection are included in the basic package within 20 km of the depots, from a spend of € 1,000. For contracted clients, early booking: 15% one year ahead, 10% six months ahead, 5% three months ahead.
