Marquees, often also called tent structures, are the covers MAG Events hires out in Milan for trade fairs, corporate events and public events. The Free-standing Marquee, 10 m wide and 10 to 100 m long, covers 100 to 1,000 m², with optional flooring and side panels. For evening events there is the Transparent Marquee with a Cristal roof, lit from the inside; the Clear-span Marquee detail is single-span and can be personalised with suspended set-ups. For gazebo hire in Milan, for stands and smaller events, there are the Trade Fair Gazebo, with arched windows, can be lined up side by side and personalised with brand graphics, and the Corporate Gazebo, modular pagodas that combine according to the space available: both from 3×3 to 6×6 m. From the Via Pontaccio base the team covers Milan and Lombardy with its own vehicles: Monza, Como, Varese, Bergamo, Brescia, Pavia, Lodi and Lecco. Delivery and collection are included in the basic package within 20 km of the depot, from a minimum spend of €1,000; the total cost is still calculated and confirmed after the site visit, based on the specifics of the event.
What Goes Inside a Marquee for a Corporate Event?
Under the cover, MAG Events supplies everything that turns a marquee into a finished space: furniture hire for events in Milan falls under the same quote as the structure. The base is the flooring: the Finished Wooden Platform, in 2×1 and 1×1 m modules, creates a level surface on grass, sand or quaysides; in the Corporate Gazebo the carpeting is optional. For conferences and presentations there are the Stages & Walkways, 2×1 m modules from 18 to 120 cm high, and the Certified 5-Tier Grandstand in 20-seat modules. For the lounge area there is the Vondom Lounge Suite, a sofa, pouf and coffee table that combine, with the Vondom Africa Lounge Armchairs for the relax zone. The end-of-conference drinks reception is held standing at the Vondom High Tables & Stools, with the Illuminated LED Bar Counter as the drinks corner. How Is a Marquee Installed on a Square or Public Area in Milan?
MAG Events' work in Milan always starts with the site visit: the Via Pontaccio team looks at the space with you — square, courtyard or piazza — measures it and works out what is really needed, without renting you anything unnecessary. From here come the cover design — the marquee's measurements and position, platforms and any gazebos — and the itemised quote. At installation the team delivers, sets up and checks everything on site; on natural ground and unpaved areas the Ground-mounted Grandstand is available, installed and tested on the event site. At the end of the work the marquee is handed over with a certificate of correct installation. At the end of the event we collect everything ourselves and the space returns to how it was. We allow 48 hours for installation, so the set-up is ready and checked two days before the event.
