MAG Events gazebo hire starts with the Pagoda Gazebo: a free-standing canopy with a generous clear internal span, in 3×3, 4×4, 5×5 and 6×6 metre sizes, for events, squares and trade fairs. For natural light there are the Transparent Pagodas in 4×4 and 5×5; for stands and exhibitions there is the Trade Fair Gazebo, with arched windows, and the Corporate Gazebo, both modular from 3×3 to 6×6. For larger party tent hire, look at the marquees, often also called tent structures: 10 metres wide and 10 to 100 metres long. On grass or sand, the Finished Wooden Platform levels the floor under the gazebo.
Gazebo hire for weddings and private parties
For a wedding or a private party the gazebo covers the area that matters: the top table, the buffet, the bar or the lounge area. MAG Events sets up weddings on the Costa Smeralda, throughout northern Sardinia and on Lake Como. Transparent Pagodas placed side by side become a bright banqueting room in historic courtyards and gardens. Under the same gazebo you can also hire round tables, Chiavari or Napoleon chairs, crystal candelabras and patio heaters for evenings outside the high season: one supplier for the whole reception, one quote.
Gazebo hire for trade fairs and corporate events
For a stand or a corporate event MAG Events hires out the Trade Fair Gazebo, an enclosable pagoda with walls and arched windows, and the Corporate Gazebo, a modular pagoda. Both range from 3×3 to 6×6 metres and join in a row: build the floor area to suit the stand or the square. The Trade Fair Gazebo can be personalised with your brand's graphics; the Corporate Gazebo adds optional carpet flooring. Inside you can set up White Desks, Transparent Ghost Chairs, Vondom Poseur Tables and an Illuminated LED Bar Counter.
Where do we deliver our gazebos for hire?
MAG Events delivers, installs and collects gazebos with its own fitters and vehicles from Porto Cervo (Arzachena) and Sassari for Sardinia, and from Via Pontaccio in Milan for Lombardy. Gazebo hire in Milan and in Sardinia starts here; we also look after events throughout Italy and abroad. For contracted clients, delivery and collection are included in the basic package within 20 km of the depots, from a minimum spend of € 1,000, with the final cost confirmed after the site visit; early booking discount: 15% one year ahead, 10% six months, 5% three months.
