The MAG Events catalogue includes three parasols for hire, all in four diameters: 3, 4, 5 and 6 metres. The Statement Parasol has fringing and decorative patterns and is designed for outdoor dining areas with strong visual impact. The Pagoda Parasol has a wooden frame and gives wide shade to lounges, pools and relaxation areas. The Blue Fringed Parasol combines blue toile patterning, fringing, tassels and a wooden frame: atmospheric shade for beach clubs, outdoor dining areas and poolsides. At the site visit we measure the terrace or poolside together and tell you the sizes and quantities you actually need.

MAG Events hires parasols to restaurants with outdoor dining areas, lidos, beach clubs and hotels that need to shade terraces, poolsides and lounge areas for the whole season, and to anyone organising a wedding or an outdoor party. The parasols go with the rest of the catalogue: daybeds and lounge suites, wooden platforms to level sand or grass, pergolas and bioclimatic louvred roofs, patio heaters to extend the season. For larger canopies MAG Events also hires pagoda gazebos and marquees, often also called tent structures. One supplier and one quote for the whole outdoor area, in Sardinia and Lombardy.
How seasonal hire works, with delivery and collection
MAG Events seasonal hire follows four steps: site visit, itemised quote, set-up and collection. Our team delivers the parasols on its own vehicles, installs them on site and carries out a final check; at the end of the season we collect them. Delivery and collection are included in the basic package within 20 km of our depots in Sardinia and Lombardy, from a minimum spend of € 1,000; the final cost is calculated after the site visit.
When is the best time to book parasols for the season?
The earlier you hire, the less you spend. For contracted clients in Sardinia and Lombardy MAG Events applies an early booking discount: 15% one year ahead, 10% six months ahead, 5% three months ahead. For a restaurant, a beach club or a hotel that sets up every season, fixing the parasols for next summer as soon as this season ends means booking diameters and quantities at the highest discount.
