MAG Events' seasonal hire always follows the same four steps. First the site visit: we look at your terrace, garden or waterfront together, measure it and work out what you really need, without renting you anything unnecessary. Then the quote, item by item: if you build your list from the catalogue, the reply already comes calibrated on materials, quantities and dates. At the start of the season our team delivers and sets everything up on site, with a final check: you find the outdoor dining area ready for your guests. At the end of the season we collect everything ourselves and the space returns to how it was. What Does a Restaurant's Outdoor Area Need?
A restaurant's outdoor dining area is made up of a few well-chosen things. The cover: for pergola hire for restaurants, start with a Pergola with a flat painted aluminium roof, from 3×3 to 5×5 metres, with optional glass, PVC, Cristal or aluminium walls, also available with a panic bar and lock; or a Bioclimatic Louvred Roof with an adjustable roof, or a Pagoda Gazebo up to 6×6 metres, with optional side panels. When to Book Your Outdoor Area for Next Season?
The right time to book your outdoor area is well in advance. MAG Events reserves an early booking discount for contracted clients, the higher the earlier you book: 15% one year ahead, 10% six months ahead, 5% three months ahead. For a restaurant or hotel that opens every year in the same period, this means setting next season's dates a year in advance for 15%, or at least six months ahead for 10%, and locking in pergolas, parasols and platforms. Delivery and collection are included in the basic package within 20 km of MAG Events' depots in Sardinia and Lombardy, from a minimum spend of €1,000; the total cost is calculated and confirmed after the site visit, based on the specifics of the set-up.
