For the hire (or rental) of a wedding gazebo on the Costa Smeralda, MAG Events offers four canopies, all in the catalogue. The Pagoda Gazebo, free-standing and available in 3×3, 4×4, 5×5 and 6×6 metre sizes, covers the drinks reception or the ceremony area in the garden, with optional side panels if the wind picks up. The 4×4 and 5×5 metre Transparent Pagodas can be joined side by side to form a bright banqueting room in courtyards and gardens. For dinner under the stars there is the Transparent Marquee: 10 metres wide, from 10 to 100 metres long, with a Cristal roof lit from inside and optional transparent side panels; the single-span version, the Clear-span Marquee (in the catalogue as Clear-span Marquee Detail), can be personalised with hanging decorations. The marquees, often also called tensile structures, are installed by our Porto Cervo team on grass, on a terrace or on a wooden platform: in the gallery you will find the row of white gazebos with sail canopies on a hillside lawn and the pagoda gazebo with arched windows on a terrace by the sea.
What does a complete reception set-up include?
With MAG Events your reception on the Costa Smeralda comes from a single supplier, with a single quote. For the ceremony you can choose between the White Chiavari Chairs with a cushion and the Gold Napoleon Chairs with an upholstered seat. If you want a different look, there are the Wooden Medallion Chairs and the flame-retardant Transparent Ghost Chairs. For dinner, the Folding Round Table, in 180 and 150 cm diameters, seats tables of 6 to 10 guests; on top, the Versace Rosenthal Table Setting with PVD gold plates and cutlery, the 7-arm Crystal Candelabra or the 5-arm Gold Candelabra with Cups. At the entrance and at the altar, the Decorative Pedestal Planters in three heights, with optional flowers. For after dinner, the Sky-Line Four-Poster Bed with sliding curtains; and if the evening runs on, the Pyramid Patio Heaters with a visible flame. How does it work if you are organising the wedding from a distance?
If you are a wedding planner or a couple living outside Sardinia or abroad, with MAG Events the process for a wedding on the Costa Smeralda is the same, in four steps. The site visit is carried out by our Porto Cervo team: we measure the terrace, the garden or the quayside and work out what is really needed, without making you hire products you do not need. On the agreed day the team delivers, installs and checks everything: you find the set-up ready for your guests. At the end of the event we take care of the collection and the venue goes back to how it was. When should you book a gazebo and set-up for a wedding on the Costa Smeralda?
The earlier you book, the less you spend: the MAG Events early booking agreement gives affiliated customers a 15% discount if you book a year in advance, 10% six months before and 5% three months before. For a wedding on the Costa Smeralda, securing the gazebo, the transparent marquee and the ceremony chairs in advance means settling sizes and quantities with the Porto Cervo team in good time. Delivery and collection are included in the basic package within 20 km of our depots, from a minimum spend of 1,000 euro; the final cost is calculated after the site visit.
